$15 to $20 Hourly – negotiable based on experience

Job Duties:
Process and manage billing and invoicing for customers and vendors
Enter and maintain accurate financial records in Quickbooks
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and correspondence
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and payment summaries
Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding billing inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in billing, payroll, data entry, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
